Kanwal is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been to so far. She truly goes above and beyond — she spent extra time working on my knots and made sure everything was properly released instead of rushing through. The pressure was absolutely perfect (strong but still relaxing), and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. The customer service was also amazing — the balm treatment and hot stones were such a nice touch and made the whole experience feel premium. I walked out feeling completely reset. I have now had my fourth or fifth treatment at Endota Spa Macquarie Centre and I simply had to review - my experience has been consistently great, if not even better every time. I have tried a variety of treatments here from scrubs to facials and full body massages with a different specialist every time, and yet I have always left walking amongst the clouds. The facilities are clean and calming with ambient lighting, serene music, and a pleasant waiting room with kind and friendly staff. Unlike other spas, you would not know that this was situated inside a shopping centre. Once you are in the spa the centre's crowds and music are impossible to detect and the air con is well managed by attentive specialists and (what I presume are) electronically heated massage tables. I highly recommend for a consistent and upmost relaxing experience.
